Boots Vitamin C Toner is an alcohol-free formulation to cleanse and softer skin. Contains Vitamin C derivatives to give enhanced whitening effects, Witch Hazel Extract to help refine and tighten pores and Aloe Vera Extract to moisturise.
With vitamin C and YUZU extract, this alcohol free toner helps reduce residue on skin for tightened looking and refined feeling pores.
